01What does a private concierge actually do?+
It is simpler than the word suggests. You tell us what needs to happen. We make it happen or are able to find the right person, agree the terms, and manage them. If you don't ask, you don't get... So ask.
02Do you replace my PA, EA or chief of staff?+
No, and we would not want to. They know the family. We know the suppliers. Most of our work arrives through an assistant who wants a network to call rather than another set of cold enquiries to make. They stay in control of the relationship throughout.
03How do you charge?+
Either a retainer for ongoing work or a fee per project, agreed before anything starts.
04How quickly do you respond?+
Within the hour in working hours, and at any hour when there is an active project that is live. You reach a person who can act, not a ticket queue. If we cannot solve it immediately we give you a realistic timeline.
05Is there a membership or a minimum?+
No membership, no joining fee, no waiting list. Some clients use us continuously across several projects. Others call twice a year just for their vacations. Both are fine.
06Where do you operate?+
Based in the south of France and working globally. Deepest in Europe, long established across Africa, and reaching into the Americas and the Pacific through partners we have met in person. If we do not have real coverage in a place, we say so rather than improvise.
