This policy explains how The Gatekeepers Club collects, uses, and protects personal data submitted through this website. We keep it brief because we collect very little.

What we collect
We only collect data you provide directly:
- Enquiry data — your name, email address, and the content of any message you send through the contact form or chat interface.
- Partner data — if you engage with TGC as a partner, basic business contact information you share with us.
We do not use tracking pixels, behavioural advertising networks, or third-party analytics beyond standard server-level request logs. We do not collect payment card data directly — payments are handled by Stripe where applicable.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry or message.
- To manage an ongoing client or partner relationship.
- To improve the website and service based on how it is used.
We do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis
For enquiries and service delivery: legitimate interest and the performance of a contract (or pre-contractual steps). For any optional communication such as the Chronicles newsletter: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact, or for as long as necessary to manage an active client or partner relationship. Data is then deleted or anonymised.
Who we share it with
Your data is processed by TGC only, with the following limited exceptions:
- Railway — our hosting provider (US-based infrastructure). Data is processed under standard contractual clauses.
- Supabase — our database provider, used to store contact and partner records securely.
- Stripe — payment processing, where applicable. Stripe operates under its own privacy policy.
We do not share data with any other third party without your knowledge and consent.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are based in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at christian@thegatekeepers.club. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
Cookies
This site uses only functional cookies necessary for the website to operate (session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is displayed because no non-essential cookies are set.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
