The Gatekeepers Club works with single family offices to consolidate lifestyle services for the principal and family across Europe. Most offices manage this function as a coordination problem. We operate it as a single relationship.
You retain control. We handle the rest.
Why offices structure it this way
Most family offices manage lifestyle services across a fragmented supplier base. A trip booked through one travel agent. Household staff sourced from another. Events handled by a third. The principal's preferences scattered across institutional memory. Bills arriving in fragments through the year.
The Annual Stewardship Allocation consolidates the function. One named lead. One annual budget. One quarterly review. One reconciled statement at year end.
One accountable lead
Christian de Jabrun is the named relationship lead. Direct line, direct accountability. No account hopping, no hand-offs.
Transparent fee structure
Planning fees are published, fixed at the start of the year, and deducted from the committed budget. Never added on top.
Audit-ready reporting
Quarterly statements covering every engagement, every supplier, every fee. Built to sit alongside your existing accounting workflow.
The Annual Stewardship Allocation
The structure is simple. Your office commits an annual budget for lifestyle services across some or all of our verticals. The planning fee is fixed against the budget bracket. Engagements draw against the budget through the year, with quarterly reviews and an annual reconciliation.
| Bracket | Annual Budget | Planning Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Foundation | €100,000 to €250,000 | 3.0% |
| Anchored | €250,000 to €500,000 | 2.0% |
| Stewardship | €500,000 to €1,000,000 | 1.5% |
| Flagship | €1,000,000 and above | 1.0%, negotiated |
Planning fees are calculated against the committed budget at the start of the year and invoiced on commencement. Unused budget at year end rolls forward into the following year, subject to a refreshed bracket and fee assessment if the budget changes materially. Flights and direct restaurant bookings pass through at zero margin. Where we source a supplier and a partner relationship exists, the relationship is disclosed on request.

Confidentiality and governance
NDAs are standard from the first conversation. Client data is held in encrypted systems with named access controls. We tell your office which individuals at TGC have access, and the access list is updated and shared on any change.
We do not refer to clients by name in our marketing, our supplier outreach, our newsletter, or our content. We do not photograph private homes, transit, or events without written authorisation. References from current family office partners are available on request, subject to their consent.
Reporting and review
Each quarter your office receives a consolidated review covering engagements completed, suppliers used, budget drawn, budget remaining, and any exceptions or variances. The format fits alongside your existing accounting workflow and is delivered in PDF, with the underlying data available in editable spreadsheet on request.
We meet quarterly, virtually or in person, to walk through the review. The annual reconciliation includes a forward look at the following year, with a recommendation on bracket and scope adjustments based on actual usage.
